These Terms of Service govern the use of the platform it-offerten.ch by customers submitting a quote request.
Scope
These terms apply to all individuals and companies that submit a quote request through the platform it-offerten.ch (hereinafter "Customers").
Service Description
IT Offerten is a matchmaking platform and not an IT service provider. We forward your request to suitable IT partner companies. IT Offerten does not provide IT services itself and is not a party to any contract between customer and partner.
Data Sharing
Your quote request is forwarded to a limited number of suitable partner companies. Your full contact details are only shared after a partner purchases the lead.
No Obligation
Submitting a quote request does not create any obligation to award a contract. IT Offerten guarantees neither a specific number of quotes nor a specific quality of offers.
Liability
IT Offerten is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of services provided by partner companies. Any claims in connection with an engagement must be directed to the respective partner company.
Retention and Deletion
Quote requests are automatically deleted after 2 years. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@it-offerten.ch.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, Switzerland.
