- Quote requests: Company, contact person, email, phone, postal code/city, project description, desired service
- Partner data: Company, contact person, email, phone, address, offered services, regions, billing address
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access time (server log files)
Purpose of Data Processing
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Matching IT service requests with suitable partner companies
- Processing the lead referral process and invoicing
- Communication related to requests and partnerships
- Improving our website and services
Data Sharing
Quote requests are forwarded to a limited number of suitable partner companies. Only after a lead is purchased are the customer's full contact details shared with the partner. We do not sell data to third parties.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Cyon AG in Basel, Switzerland. Data is stored and processed exclusively in Switzerland.
Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze your use of our website. The information generated is typically transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, so your IP address is truncated by Google within the EU/EEA beforehand.

Data Retention
Quote requests are deleted after 2 years. Invoicing data is retained for 10 years as required by Swiss law (OR). Partner accounts remain active until deleted by the partner.
